Y.B.B.E.W. - Young Black Beautiful Educated Women: New Orleans, LA, United States; Y.B.B.E.W is a community service group that was founded June 4, 2009 by young, black, beautiful, & educated women who attended Cabrini High School in New Orleans, La. These group of women formed a close bond and long lasting friendship with each other during their high school years and have been like each other sisters ever since. Y.B.B.E.W is a group comprised of predominately collegiate women who have been blessed with so much and decided that we wanted to as a group give back to the community. One of the areas that we would like to focus on but are not limited to is helping young girls & women become beautiful educated women. Each member of Y.B.B.E.W. has had at least one person in their life that they were able to go to for help, guidance, and support whether it was a family member, teacher, close friend, church member, or mentor. The only profit that the women of Y.B.B.E.W seek is the joy of knowing that we were able to impact an individual's life and or our community in a positive way.
